The treatment received by the staff of this office (especially Malena) has been exceptional. After an incident at a medical center we tried to contact a Sanitas office, this being the first to respond. From the first moment they have been involved in the cause (as if we were regular customers), and they have not stopped until they had resolved the disagreement.
