Max and the team at Odell were amazing to work with! Great communication on everything from start to finish! Very quick turnaround time on this fix and very impressed with the work! Answered all my questions and gave me a walk through of all the work completed! Would definitely recommend and hopefully do not need to be back but will definitely go back! - Thanks for all of your help, your shop did great!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such an excellent experience here today that I felt like I had to. I was pulling into my garage last night and undershot, scraping my car door and right wheel against the side of my wood garage. I was sure this was going to be extremely expensive and I was bracing to hear how much it was going to cost. I had seen many positive reviews about Odell so I came here first. The man who helped me decided to try buffing it first and 98% of the damage came right off. In fact, somehow, from what looked like an extremely catastrophic event, I only sustained a couple clear coat scratches and one chip into the metal. He painted over with touch up paint and I can’t even tell now unless I’m looking extremely closely for it. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me I didn’t need to worry about it. I swear I almost cried tears of joy, haha. Absolutely amazing customer service. God forbid anything bad happens to my car again, I know where I’ll be taking it and would recommend Odell to all my friends and family without hesitation.

I had a good experience at Odell Collision Center. They did an excellent, efficient job repairing my car. Max is very personable, and helped me with questions and multiple details. They are great at individual costumer service.

I made my claim through progressive and dropped my car off at Odells on a Wednesday afternoon. They were very courteous and explained what to expect. They promptly prepared my car for Progressive to look at and quote. In less than 48 hours, they called me that my car was already finished. Excellent quality of work and superior timeliness and they took care of some little extras for me as well and worked with me to pick it up after hours I would highly recommend Odells for anyone needing any auto body work completed.

I had hit a deer and messed up the front end of my car and another place in the CV couldn’t get my car in until Nov. but Odell’s got me in early the following week and had my car done by the end of that week! They were very nice and professional!! There was one minor flaw by no fault of their own(insurance issue) and I reached out again and Ben reached out the same day. He came and grabbed my car from my job and fixed it with in the next day or two after getting the parts along with a few things my step dad had spotted (as I have no idea about anything that has to do with cars!!) and Ben was SO nice and on top of everything! They explained everything and didn’t make me feel like stupid like some places will do and I truly appreciated that and really appreciate Ben and all of his coworkers for working on my vehicle so fast and getting it back to me so fast! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!
