Numotion

The service on my equipment was great and also the technician was friendly and knowledgeable in providing the repair. What I found unacceptable, was that I needed to transfer out of my wheelchair onto a bed/mat without a Hoyer lift or help from another person. I am paralyzed from the upper chest to my feet, with no trunk control. This could result in a serious fall and injury. This company needs to have this equipment on hand at all times and provide help or make house visits for repairs. Thank you!

Use only at gun point. Y chair was out of service since 8/16/23 finally had an appointment 10/17. They had my wheelchair and all the parts since 9/16 2 months without a chair and inong term care at 400 a day going bankrupt

Numotion didnt used to be bad. It took a long time sometimes but i also know that is how it is when you are working with doctors and insurances and approvals and stuff. But something has changed here and not for the better and things are not what they used to be. I talked to a girl and she said that they were under new manager about a year ago and the one that they let go had been here a long time and that could be it but the atmosphere is different and the people just don't seem to care as much.Its too bad because I liked it better here. but I might just go back to Handi because they didnt have as good an atmosphere at least they were faster.

Worker was in a rush to try to fix it but didn't fex it curetly .sad it was fex . still need charger

The person that helped me there at the place was very patient he was very quick with servicing me and fixing what I needed to be taken care of you also listen to my story with my transportation Issues there was no one at the front desk I had to find someone to help me all ended well Thanks
