Extremely disappointed in the over all process of how New Motion has handled my family's needs. What should have taken 45 days to obtain a wheelchair has now taken 7 months. Due to lost paperwork, incompetence in filing paperwork correctly with the insurance companies. Today we where told it would be another 30 days to get my husbands chair. I have personally worked with this company as a nurse in the community. I had always been impressed how hard they worked and how quick in serving my clients. This is why I chose them for my family. Now I could not recommend NuMotion. Which is sad. The people in the Rapid City office are wonderful. It was not their fault. The Denver office and corporate offices have failed. 😩☹

I received my custom built ♿ wheelchair several months ago and I absolutely love it! It works excellent and provides trustworthy transportation for my every need. I use it in my home and really enjoy going out of the home and having the luxury of experiencing going to appointments and shopping and just to get out of the house and ride around the neighborhood! It has made my life easier and more exciting, as before I received my Nu Motion wheelchair, I was pretty much home bound. Thank You for your wonderful, professional and personable service!

Numotion in Rapid City SD is very helpful and Tim is great. Yes it does take a while to get your chair but most of the time it is because the paperwork is messed up so the people here are not to fault. Just wish I could have gotten a different chair, but there again paperwork. Keep up the good work Deb and Tim .
