I finally got my replacement parts for my wheelchair today. Joe the technician was phenomenal and provided me with the best customer service!

It took almost a year due to various setbacks, and they moved the business to another location. I finally complained through their ADA policy and emailed headquarters. Thanks to their technicians, I received my power wheelchair back in better condition then when I first received it in 2016. I'm super happy with technicians Angel who fixed it, Chris and Josh who identified what the problem can be. I finally can drive around with a Quantum that has great shocks and no longer breaks down. I'm trying out the new ART bus with my fabulous power wheelchair. Update: it's been 8 weeks since we started the process of a new power wheelchair, with a lot of phone calls. I expected Numotion to fax PCPs a concise list and guidelines; many providers may only order DME once in their career. Did not happen. I will update this review as my case progresses.

Terrible. The chairs are fine but if you need a repair be prepared to wait months on end. Asked for parts in august by the time the chair got repaired in December/January other parts were needed and still currently waiting on them. If there’s another customizable wheelchair place in Albuquerque I highly suggest them. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this terrible company for the next few years. Completely horrendous company. Being confined to my house for months on end because this company can’t get parts in a timely manner is an absolute joke.

Not acquainted with what they were doing to completely understand. However, they seemed to know and were doing a good job doing it.
