Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery - Dr. Heath Stacey

Dr. Stacey has been amazing through my breast cancer journey. I had a bilateral mastectomy almost a year ago, where he had to completely rebuild my chest. He is kind and attentive. Lupe, one of his nurses, was not only a fabulous nurse, but on a few visits she was also a much needed counselor. I highly recommend this office!

Do not use Stacey for any surgical procedures!!! I went to him for a breast reduction. I first noticed something was wrong when the bandages came off. I expressed my concerns, and I was told that everything would change a lot as the swelling went down and I healed. At my 6 week check, I again expressed concern about how my breasts looked. Again I was told that there was still swelling and a lot of healing to do. Another appointment at 3 months, same deal. I was told to make an appointment for October (surgery was in March). A month ago I called to make that appointment. As soon as I mentioned that I still wasn’t happy, I was not allowed to make an appointment. I was told that a nurse would call me to discuss the issue within a few days. I gave them two weeks - 10 business days. I did not receive any response. I called again. Again I was refused an appointment, and I was told that my information would be sent to all of the nurses instead of just the one. I was assured that I would be called back that day, the next day at the latest. It has now been two weeks since that call, and I have not gotten any response. One of my breasts is HALF the size of the other, and they are not even close to the same shape! I am going to have to have more surgery to fix his disaster. The differences are noticeable even though a bra and shirt. I am wondering how many other people he has screwed over, and whether they wrote reviews that got deleted. Yes, he’s nice and attentive, and his staff is great, but is a nice office and staff worth a botched surgery? No!

Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make you feel special, the staff is exceptional! I always feel comfortable when walking through the doors and have yet to experience anything less of exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend NWA Plastics Center for all the things!

Dr. Stacy and the team at NWACPS are absolutely FANTASTIC! I had a breast reduction surgery and I was very well taken care of every step of my procedure starting at my consultation all the way up to my post-op. I HIGHLY recommend you go see Dr. Stacy and his staff if you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure!! And all the women in this office make you feel so BEAUTIFUL! They are all so nice!

After losing 130 lbs, I needed a good plastic surgeon to get rid of the loose skin. I came from MO for my mommy make over. I am so pleased with my results!! The staff was amazing and Dr Stacey’s work is phenomenal! I will be back for more work.
