Approximately 6-8 years ago, Noland’s Roofing Company was recommended to me by a close friend. After Noland roofing installed a new roof, I always questioned why Noland’s Roofing did not install a new skylight. The original skylight when my home was built in 1999 remained. In addition, the left hand corner of my garage ceiling began to leak and cause water stains every time it rained. In 2022: still under warranty, Noland’s roofing had to repair the shingles and the leaking section of the roof above my garage 3 times in less than 2 weeks- the repairs were not done properly. They sent a contractor to repair and paint the damaged dry wall in my garage. That job was well done! In 2020, a squirrel gained access into my attic through an improperly sealed section of my roof by Noland’s Roofing. I received confirmation of this after I hired the Animal Wildlife Company to seal all the openings in the corner edges of windows, roof over garage and skylight areas on my roof. An employee from Animal Wildlife removed the deceased squirrel. April. 25, 2023, a historic Hail Storm damaged my skylight and roof. Brain from Noland’s roofing failed to put in a prompt work order to have a tarp installed on my broken skylight to prevent any leaking from the rain. Brian stated, “You have to pay $2,500.00 if you want your skylight replaced and $740.00 if you want a tarp installed on your broken skylight until the roofing repairs begin(s)..” Shockingly, I am still under warranty contract. Unfortunately, this did not prevent Brain from creating new contract for $25,,000.00 which I did not sign because my roof was still under warranty. I called to speak to the owner. The Manager, Destiny, was unprofessional and refused to allow me to speak to the owner. In addition, she hung up the telephone on me. Destiny was uncooperative, unprofessional and she did not address any of my concerns regarding the warranty and incomplete/improper roof repair that was done approximately 6-8 years ago. I do not recommend anyone to use this roofing company for roof repairs/projects. I believe this is not a customer friendly business. Based upon my experience, they were not honest and they over charged me with low quality materials and services. It’s unfortunate, it took me several years to discover all the roofing errors Noland’s Roofing have made while still under warranty. Dissatisfied customer, B Y.

Outstanding company to handle your roof replacement! I had some some intensive interior damage that was due to some unknown roof issues. Brian came out and gave me a quote and walked me through the whole process on what they can do to help with all of the required repairs. Super friendly guy and very informative! Noland's handle everything for me and was able to get my roof replaced as well as repair all of the damage inside my home. The roofing crew was very fast and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards around the yard. All of the staff working in the home office are super friendly and helpful as well. The sub contractors they used for the interior work (Paint and Drywall) were awesome too. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Noland’s Roofing. We just had our roof replaced from storm and wind damage. The team was very professional. We received outstanding customer service by Martinez. Martinez was very thorough and professional, explaining what we should expect before and after the repairs. He told the time to answer all of our questions. Noland’s Roofing went above and beyond the norm to help us file our insurance claim. Ben did a great job documenting the storm damage on our roof resulting in insurance company approval of our claim. The actual replacement work done by Josh and his team was amazing. From first light to sun down they removed the old shingles, installed the new roof and did a full cleanup. After hurricane IAN, still with no insurance money yet, we contacted 3 roofing contractors from our homeowners insurance preferred vendors list. Noland's Roofing was the only one to call back and they gave us an appointment within 2 days. A very experienced and knowledgeable Johnathan Hunter inspected the roof then gave us a great deal plus a bunch of payment options. The next morning Rene Burton was available to take our down payment prior to the contract being entered into their system which meant extra work for her. Now that is customer service from both employees! I will add a review of the roof replacement and cleanup once it's completed. Mike Erb's team came on the Thanksgiving holiday week to repair and install the new roof. They worked from 730 am to dark both days and the roof is now completed!
