I do NOT want prizes, I want my pieces that I bought from June 22 and 2 months later they have NOT delivered to me. TERRIBLE Service, TERRIFIC Attention, liars and worth madristas. I asked to speak with a manager and it was also worth it and he does NOT attend me. My truck was bought at that agency, the services are done right there, so I can't understand the bad attention. I was told that the parts would be delivered and installed in 3 to 4 business days, but that is not true. After insisting until August 10, they installed some part, but when I received my unit, I observed that they installed what they said they DID NOT have and what they supposedly had they did NOT install. I insisted and they told me that on Saturday August 19 they would deliver me and obviously, they did not. I dialed again on Monday the 21st because they don't do it and they told me that today Tuesday the 22nd at 5:30 pm they would deliver and place the missing casing. But once again they make me turn around and inform me that the piece is drying paint...!! Their lack of professionalism and attention is unbelievable. I insist, I do NOT want your "awards", I want my spare parts delivered and installed. I put 1 ⭐️ x that I have to put, but they don't deserve anything.

The attention from the service area was excellent, they didn't even make me wait and when the unit arrived it was ready, that is much appreciated.
