Terrible, very expensive services. And I once had to see the manager yell at the employees there in front of all the customers in a horrible way. A few positive leadership courses wouldn't hurt. Fat experience. On another occasion I bought a car, and the seller made a mistake and the day I went to pick it up, they lowered my car. Fatal fatal fatal.

I can say that it has been the worst experience of my life buying a car at this agency. I have a long list of things they failed at. And the last thing was that my vehicle registration and the invoice were wrong even though I paid for the management service. You have no idea how I feel. And I am also almost sure that there will be a cost for this change in vehicle registration.

The advisors are upset because I insisted on taking the truck...I took my truck for a warranty due to a bad sale of pre-owned...and they entered it 5 times for a noise that they couldn't find and then 2 times for a different one...if they are going to buy pre-owned, pay attention before buying and when you receive the vehicle now nothing will happen
