The reason I am giving this rating is because they made me lose time because the have preference over other high society customers. I hade an 8 am appointment to have a basic oil change. Basic oil change takes les than half an hour. These people took 5 freaking hours to have the service done. It's not fair. I arrived there early I was the first one in and I thought I was going to be the first one out and to my surprise I was the last one out, how last? Closing for the day last. And Why? Because, Nissan Nogales has customer preference. So forget the appointments they jump you so they can attend prefered customers. I don't think that is fair when you have a scheduled appointment. I saw cars that arrive later than me and left first than me. My money has the same value than the other customer. I'm paying for the vehicle each month same as the other customers.
The service is good because it is a NIssan, unfortunately the response from the people is medicore, I still have not received my invoice, I have sent emails to Sandra Velducea without success, I hope someone can help me.
