I asked if I could file a complaint and he told me to tell him if I would have to pay, ask for the quality person who Supposedly he is the one who is in charge of situations like this, they had me waiting for a long time to say that the person was on vacation and Ivan was going to see who could help me, then a person came who only went to ask him and he didn't do anything.
