Very bad service, I arrived at my appointment and this other person was being attended to at the time it was my turn, I waited, he attended to me at the races until he said what package he didn't even show me, I ask him for an invoice and he tells me that I am not registered, I will send it to him mail and he came out saying that he couldn't open it, I told him not to do anything to it and he put it in an angry way to collect. I asked if I could file a complaint and he told me to tell him if I would have to pay, ask for the quality person who Supposedly he is the one who is in charge of situations like this, they had me waiting for a long time to say that the person was on vacation and Ivan was going to see who could help me, then a person came who only went to ask him and he didn't do anything.
