Nell was my therapist and she was the nicest person. I always felt like I was talking to a friend during our sessions. Setting up appointments were simple and fast. Whenever I needed extra help she fit me in. Compared to other places in this field, Thriveworks is a very good price. Most of all I went there feeling broken thinking I could never get better. It was Nell who put me back together without medication. Also, it was convenient for me because she had in person sessions, computer sessions, and phone sessions.

I was a patient with this company until last week. My therapist dropped me without even notifying me, I found out from billing that all of my future appointments were canceled. Although I do believe that any professional has the right to stop service to a client who is rude or making it problematic but I did not. I don’t even know till this day why they dropped me. I called back got bounced around, left the manager a message and till this day no call back no email no explanation. I spent my hard earned money for a service from this company and couldn’t even get an explanation of any sort. Will never be using this company again. I waisted time waiting for my therapist while I could have looked for a new one.
