Strict rules and safety procedures. Project management team was always working hand in hand with employees and engineers. The reason why the guy may come across as "rude" has to do with his keen attention to detail and skill in the field. When working in a hazardous environment you can guarantee he will have your back. Overall a very positive experience if willing to work and are committed. Always.
