NOVUS Glass of Eagle

It was so easy to schedule my mobile appointment with Novus and I really appreciate that they could come to my work space so that I didn't have to miss a day of work. Joe was wonderful and I am so happy to be able to see clearly again. Thanks to everyone on staff for your clear communication and help!

This family-owned business goes above and beyond, I had a windshield that needed replaced but it was one that had to be ordered, Maggie helped me with the ordering and dealt with my insurance company to make sure it would be approved, she called and emailed to set my appointment and did a wonderful follow up to make sure I was taken care of. The technician was so friendly when I dropped it off and installed my windshield, he also followed up with me to make sure I was happy! I highly recommend Novus Glass of Vail.

Was a victim of the dreaded, smash and grab at A hotel lot near DIA. The folks at Novus in Eagle were able to take care of it in a couple of days. Great job and great communication.
