NOVUS Glass of Denver

Car was broken into last Thursday. Booked an appointment with Safelite originally and was quoted $420 for my rear driver window. Novus was recommended by my boyfriend and they quoted me $245 to bring it in and $255 for mobile. (Safelites mobile charge is $49) Novus offered to fix my glass the same day and Safelite’s earliest appointment was the week later. I ended up booking with Novus and they got me in and out within an hour and a half. Completely professional, with coffee and snacks and TV in their waiting room should you choose to hang out. Would definitely go to them again for any other glass repairs!

Very poor quality service. My rearview mirror has fallen off of my windshield twice since I had my windshield replaced by the NOVUS team. It took 3 attempts to get ahold of them for the first incident, and I haven't had a response since reaching out this time. Very disappointing and would not recommend despite decent prices and friendly staff.

Best quote I got after contacting 3 other businesses. These guys worked quickly and seemed very busy. They were able to get my car in within a week and did a great job. I would go to them again without hesitation... But I hope I don't have to!
