NOVUS Glass of Cheyenne

Twice I have used this business for windshield replacement on two different vehicles. I have interior/exterior cameras mounted on the windshields of all my vehicles. The cameras are professionally hardwired. The first vehicle they removed the camera and the wiring and did not replace or remount camera. My vehicles also have sun visor strips on the top of the windshields (eyebrows) which was not replaced but paid for by insurance. The second vehicle which is my limousine. A very expensive vehicle they replaced the windshield. Again, removed the camera and did not remount. The wiring was not put back in it's proper place either. I had a sports ornament mounted on my dash and it too was removed. Not only was it not put back but it was damaged. They left all kinds a particles on my dash of unknown substance. It is metallic in color. There is also a communication issue which causes a lot of dysfunction and chaos. I try to keep my business local but it is by this kind of behavioral dysfunction that I seek outside services. I will absolutely not recommend or use this company again.

Very professional location in Cheyenne. Called for a quote and they quickly got back to me. I will get getting all new windshield from them.

If you want something done right, the first time just take it to Troy and his team over at Novus. There is simply is not a better auto glass replacement center in Cheyenne. They did an excellent job replacing the glass on my bus doors and were knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks Novus team!

Never had to get a windshield replaced before, until today. I’ve heard horror stories about safelite so I figured I’d go with these guys, from the first phone call they got, to the time my brand new windshield was put in my truck, it was a little over 24 hours. Very nice people, Troy on the phone was extremely helpful. Although I hope I never have to step foot in here again, it was a great experience and they set the bar high for any other auto glass place I will go to in the future.

Forget Safelite!!!! This local shop was quick, easy, and inexpensive. We caught a rock to the windshield while transiting across the country, causing a large start burst pattern chip. A quick walk into this place, and they had us on our way in 20 minutes with the chip.filled and u noticeable.
