Had a rock from a passing truck hit my car’s windshield. While I was running errands in Carbondale I stopped at Novus Glass just to get a repair estimate and schedule an appointment. They were kind enough to repair the chip damage then and there while I waited, about 30 minutes. They did a great job and my insurance covered the cost. Very pleased with Novus Glass. Great customer support.

These guys kill it. Friendly people, get the work done quickly and at a high standard of quality. They had an unfortunate mistake with their computer system that ended up with the wrong part getting ordered but they took care of it and got the right windshield on in 24 hours and even gave me a good deal on it as a result. Will definitely be back if I ever need another.

Got a chip that spidered instantly, and called Novus. Marshall was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in that day and patched it within 30 minutes! On top of that, Marshall had excellent recommendations for how to enter the claim with insurance that made that call go much faster as well.
