we had our first bad experience with Shane from RE/Max Resort Realty , he represented the buyer that want to purchase our property , he act not professional and he make us wait for this buyer 2 moths under contract , and after closing date past he said the buyer lender disappeared he said the deal fail but he never send back to our agent the sign termination and release the earnest money to us . I will never recommend this agent to anybody he's not responsive , not professional . I will make a complain about him to Idaho Real Estate Commission tomorrow so they know more about this agent .
