Friendly with mindful service staffs. Well organized. Spacious interior lobby and examination room. Ton of parking lots, close to pharmacy, free water bottles service and interpreters. No matter problems I have , they can solved them for me. Really appreciate this place and staffs
I will first off like to say, the office is so colorful, inviting and warm, as are the welcoming employees at the front desks. I LOVE the decor. It is clean and such a fun space to be in. Secondly, I have been consistently seeing Dr. Cristen Carpenter and Behavioral Health Specialist Melanie for the last several weeks/months. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the both of them, in addition to their personal assistants (PA's). I have never felt more seen and heard in my appointments and they truly do care about you. IT SHOWS! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing the smallest amount of care, such as a check up, to something much more grandiose, such as harmful thoughts or bigger health concerns. I will never not recommend them. Their passion, patience and heart is unmatched - as well as everyone I have encountered under the Mountain Park umbrella.
My entire family utilizes this facility. Both of my daughters have been coming here since they were newborns, and in a few weeks our newborn son will join the roster. I absolutely refer people to this establishment. Each and every one of the staff members are caring and very helpful. I love this place when I'm in need.
This practice is very thorough. They also got me in quickly. about a week. Everyone else that I called was booked out to mid November or December. I
Back to mountain park. One word: AWESOME!!!! My first appointment with Mountain Park was at least an hour and a half I lost count. Super knowledgeable, polite, professional. I have a new primary care doc and I’m super happy about that.
If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD. I had an appointment set for January 4 at Mountain Park Health Center in TEMPE for a follow-up on a hemorrhagic cyst that ruptured during my menstrual cycle. I was in a lot of pain, due to heavy blood loss and was not provided with fluids to replace what I’d lost nor pain medication at the time of my ER visit two days prior. They did some blood tests and urinalysis and provided me with my results yesterday. I just want to explain how SERIOUS a ruptured cyst is in your body first off. The fact that my first appointment went perfectly fine and the second is chaos explains something definitely is wrong. Secondly, I wanted to understand why after I confirmed TWICE the correct pharmacy for my prescription why your company decided to submit the prescription to a pharmacy that it was not supposed to be sent to? Then what made it even more embarrassing and outright DISRESPECTFUL is the fact that when I called to have it corrected, it’s almost as if the representatives (three females) were angry because they didn’t adhere to THEIR OWN NOTES and had to correct it. I then was told I would receive a call back from a registered nurse on site for any follow-up questions. I was never able to have my follow-up questions answered nor addressed due to the fact that the nurse and I QUOTE “I Did not want to hear all that information. I’m just trying to let you know that I have submitted the transfer of pharmacy for the meds.” I then asked “What exactly do you mean you don’t want to hear all this information? Your company stated that they would be calling me regarding follow-up questions on a prescription that your company didn’t even submit properly.” She then stated that I was upset and she didn’t feel comfortable continuing the conversation. I then stated: “It’s interesting that you’re on a recorded line telling a patient that you’re required to speak with regarding her visit that you don’t want to hear her concerns. If you don’t feel comfortable with me explaining what happened today with a prescription that you’re stating is important to start right away per the results you gave over the phone, you should not be working in the healthcare profession, ma’am. I’m not raising my voice with you, yelling, cursing, or disrespecting you in anyway. I’m explaining what happened that led me to request you to change the pharmacy. What if the medication that I was prescribed was detrimental for my health, meaning that if I didn’t obtain the prescription that same day, that I may possibly die? What if this was actually heart medication or cancer medication? Would your company still have the same attitude? If it states in the notes that I provided the right information and you still didn’t submit the prescription correctly, that is the company’s mistake, NOT the patient’s.” I tried to explain that though this doesn’t seem serious to anyone but me as a patient, you don’t verify multiple times with a patient the EXACT pharmacy location and STILL do what you want to do if your patient is requesting you to assist them with their prescription. All phone lines for the Mountain Park Health Center Locations are recorded, so the fact that you even thought because they called “No Caller ID” that I wouldn’t be reporting this incident. The reps tried to originally blame their phone system for lack of organization skills. I’m not tolerating this type of callous attitude in 2024. I will make sure that the nurse I spoke with does not allow another patient to feel the same way again. Your registered nurse that called me at 7:31 PM should be FIRED. I’ll definitely be calling the facility today to speak with a manager as well as going to the location in person to switch healthcare facilities altogether. I will not allow another person to have no sense of morality, care, or consideration for my health and it’s THEIR JOB TO DO SO. VERY DISGUSTED WITH MOUNTAIN PARK HEALTH! DO NOT VISIT ANY OF THEIR FACILITIES!!!!!!
