Bruno Elan Stair Lift: We bought this Stair Lift from MobilityWorks and their technicians installed this Stairlift at our home on August 3,2022. Kyle Versuk of MobilityWorks Bethlehem-Allentown has been our contact person. He is very friendly and courteous gentleman. Before talking to Kyle, we had spoken with four different representatives from other competitors, and none was so helpful as Kyle. During the installation process, Kyle and the installers ( Zack and Anthony) noticed the weird noise the stairlift was making while going up and down. They advised us to use the stairlift for couple of days and promised that, if the noise continues to persist, they will come back and correct the noise problem. The noise did not go away; and became worst. On August 5, Kyle did come back to assess the situation. The track has two sections. The stairlift does not make any abnormal noise, when going up on the lower section of the track, but suddenly starts making irritating clicking and cracking noise, when it goes from the lower half to the upper half of the track. The same kind of irritating noise continues to persist on both the sections of the track when the Stairlift is coming down. Kyle promised that he will resolve this issue. We are extremely happy with Kyle and would certainly continue to deal with him for all future needs, like Lift Chairs and other mobility related products. He deserves all the praise for his service and helping attitude towards his customers. It has been great pressure to work with MobilityWorks. We would certainly recommend them to any body who needs their services for any purpose. They promise to stand behind what they sell. On 8/8/2022, We bought a power lift recliner from MobilityWorks. Bianca ordered the recliner and it was delivered very promptly on 8/11/2022. Excellent Service. Very pleased with the helping attitude of Bianca. Regarding Stair Lift, Michael did come back on 11/18/20222, and he installed new Rails/Tracks provided by Bruno. Now it does not make same kind of clicking and cracking noise, as it did before. Michael is new Stair Lift installer, and he is very competent man. Very happy with Mobility Works Allentown office, Ryan and Michael for resolving this issue.

Drove 2 hours to get there, service and experience was excellent! Diagnostic my wheelchair lift , Estimate was reasonable. Once parts are in I very much look forward to working with these Professionals!
