Worst customer service ever!! Nobody knows how to do their job. I needed a part for my van was supposed to take an hour to put in and 2 days to ship. Its been 2 weeks and still no part. The employees have no idea where its at or why its taking so long. I haven't been able to leave my house to go to work, get groceries, or anything else. None of the employees know anything about where the part is.

Absolutely the worst place! Left a message with questions about our van. After 2weeks, my husband called. Assured they would get info and get back to us. NOTHING for another 2 weeks. When we called again, he kept apologizing and said his supervisor would call us the next day. Again, NOTHING. Needless to say, we went elsewhere and in 4 days our van is now there and lift is being installed. Would NEVER recommend this place.

My mother was overcharged at this place! It was not explained to her that if they estimated it would take 3hrs to work on and it only took 1hr she would still have to pay for 3hrs! Makes no sense to me. Our mechanic charges for how long he actually works on a vehicle. My mom didn't see many options locally to work on handicapped vehicles so I'm guessing that's why this place works like this.

This Company's Service department is HIGHLY unprofessional. The man who works on the vehicles is rude and flippant. We stopped using their services years ago because of his lack of professionalism. Now three years later, we have decided to give them another try. Per the service department's request, we had a Driver spend three hours with the vehicle so they could diagnose it (as we were told they had no room to keep it and look at it at their leisure). They assured the Driver, they would call the Office with a Diagnosis and price, this was June 23rd. It was not until July 11th, after NUMEROUS phone calls, that I had an answer. They were waiting for parts. Parts for what? We never gave authorization to order parts, and had no idea what was needed to repair our vehicle!! Someone called last week to schedule for this Monday for the vehicle to be repaired. Again, I had to inquire about what was being repaired. We dropped the van off. It is now Wednesday, and no call, and no answer when calling the service department. Geographically, this is the closest company to service our wheelchair vehicles. I am considering going somewhere else no matter how far it is. If you want good service from this company, you have to be vigilant!!

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever tried to do business with They fabricate requirements to drive up costs. If you didn’t know better they would take advantage of you. I sure they do it constantly. SHADY business practices Stay away !!
