Shelby Nelms is the amazing saleswoman there. She listens, knows her products. If she doesn't know, she will find out. Alfred, the Manager bends backwards to help. Cheryl is the amazing person who handles all the paperwork. Highly recommend these three people that are in the front. Mechanics are wonderful problem solvers. Having to be fitted with custom stuff, they are observant and listen to you.

DO NOT USE! This company has held my father in law’s van for OVER A MONTH. The vehicle was taken in to fix the A/C unit (which should have been addressed before it was delivered to us) and every time we follow up we are given a new excuse about why it cannot be fixed. In the time that the van has been waiting for service, my FIL had to take TWO AMBULANCE rides which also no one has offered to cover or even offered us a loaner vehicle. Now that my FIL has passed, and the company is aware of this fact, they still give us the run around for getting the van back to us (if we will even get it back at all). This company is disorganized and deceitful. Next time we are using MITS of VA.

Carolina Ayala of the Alexandria VA location was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was patient, kind and informative. She worked hard to make sure my family and I had the best experience with one of their wonderful wheelchair vans, and the van was AWESOME 👍. Thank you again Ms Ayala I'll be seeing you again very soon

I would give zero stars for this sales sweat shop if I could. My friend was a customer with them and I went with her to check out the status of her car. The service that she ordered only takes 48 hours, but this location had her car for one month, because they ordered the wrong part and never notified her. I went there and met with the sales team and ended up speaking with the General Manager. He tried to say that it was not their fault even though they ordered the wrong part and that notifications were not sent. At the end of the day, they did not install the part correctly which is highly dangerous. She ended up going to another business where they reinstalled the device the correct way in a matter of 4 hours. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! You would have better service having your mobile aid installed by a non-qualified person right off the street then by this location.

Excellent service as usual, they found the issue, fixed it and completed the service on time. I've been working with MobilityWorks in another state and same case, excellent service. Highly recommended.
