We bought a brand new 2022 Chevy Traverse handiccapped vehicle May of 2022. We've had more problems than any car we've ever owned! From day one the fuel gauge didn't work! After at least 5 tries( and us being totally inconvenienced ) they had to replace the fuel tank! Then to no fault of MW we were rear ended & that took forever for the damage to be repaired. About 2 months ago the side entry door & ramp of course stopped working. We called right away as I really needed the ramp to work ( fractured my foot & was being transported solely in my scooter/ wheelchair. ) Therefore my 71 year old husband with a heart condition had to lift the scooter out of the car everywhere he took me to therapy & out to Dr apts. We were promised at least 3 weeks ago they would provide a rental car for us & try to fix the door & ramp. ( try is the key word). We were supposed to bring the car in this morning & were notified yesterday afternoon that they didn't have a rental available for us!! Needless to say, we're not only upset but totally disgusted with all their excuses! Meanwhile we have $105,000 vehicle that is not worth anything to us due to all the inconvenience they've put us through. MW feels that they're the only game in town & after experiencing a life altering spinal cord injury certainly not how a handicapped person expects to be treated! They've had so many opportunities to make things right & our only recourse is to now consult a lemon law attorney. I know many , many patients from Magee Hospital & Project Walk that ask my opinion about MW & you can imagine our response! Best advise I can give anyone in an unfortunate situation who needs a handicapped vehicle is to stay away from MW!! Sincerely, Donna & Ron Bilo

Friendly associates, the vans that i have rented were clean and easy to use. We are able to get to all our appointments.

I met with Tom. He was knowledgeable, honest and caring. He took my mobility issues seriously when he showed me vans. He gave an informed opinion about retrofitting a car. The others who work there are pleasant and friendly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door!!!

I visited this establishment with my father-in-law to get the seat fixed in his minivan. It was an hour and a half drive from our house but the staff there were exceptionally friendly. They had to order the part needed and we returned a week later and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. Once again the staff was extremely friendly and courteous I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
