Mobility City

I am wheelchair bound and own an EZ Lite Cruizer that I have used for 2.5 years. I wanted a thorough check of the wheels and chassis as it had developed squeaks and creaks over the past few months. The service technician (Jim, who was very friendly) came to my house and serviced the chair. He removed all the wheels, checked the ball bearings, cleaned, and lubed as needed, as well as checking the forks on the front wheels. He said the brakes and motors are working well. Checked all the bolts on the chassis and tightened as needed which removed the squeaks and creaks that developed. Had me drive it around a few minutes to check for tracking, etc. He said the chair was in good shape for 2.5 years of use. I highly recommend Mobility City for service.

I was having trouble with my lift chair. Took it in and though I had not purchased my chair from them, they diagnosed my problem and fixed it while I waited saving me another trip. Great service and reasonable prices! Great people!

I was able to do everything over the phone. Ordered my Golden chair & it was delivered within 7 days. The guys that delivered it were very nice. They also took my old chair with them. A truly great experience!

I found Brad & his company when searching desperately for a lift chair, mine had broken & wasn't going to work anymore & really actually needed a bigger one. My legs won't assist me to get up from normal chairs, so I needed one quickly!! Brad very kindly talked me through things & even though was a situation that he would need to order quickly he never was too pushy like many others can be. He ordered it on Thursday afternoon & said it could take possibly a week but hoped not, & miraculously he called me Monday morning & said has my chair & will bring it over in a couple hours after he delivers one other one first!!
