Wonderful wonderful company! So helpful. Carl, the man who delivers the equipment, is so helpful and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable. The whole experience of renting a hospital bed was easier than I could have imagined.

I made several calls and a visit to the store before deciding on a WHILL Model Fi to solve some of my mobility issues. OMG, everyone at Mobility City has been a joy to deal with! After paying a fair price (not the cheapest price, but a fiar price) , the WHILL was delivered to my door in Edwardsville, IL, and customized on the spot. The power chair has worked flawlessly for half a year and I would highly recommend the WHILL Fi and Mobility City.

Tim and Nicolle are just the best, kindest people and they fixed my scooter in great time. They have a full line of medical chairs, scooters etc and are e local business. My go to place from now on

Traveled from out of state with my mobility limited wife to attend a wedding and to do some touring around the St Louis area. Mobility City was highly recommended by a friend in the area for renting a wheelchair. With no advanced notice nor reservation, we were greeted by Tim at the door who asked how he could assist. We told him our plans and he immediately rolled up a brand new chair that was light weight and comfortable for my wife. He took the time to demo the features and explain how to fold it down for easy transporting and packing. We had a wonderful visit and were able to see many more sites thanks to Tim and Mobility City for providing us the means (at a very reasonable price) to get the most out of our visit to St. Louis!

You might be able to find a qood quality item at some other medical equipment business but you will not find the personal service that sets this company above the others. Tim and Noelle went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Mr. Derrick went over a hundred miles out of his way to bring my powerchair to me in which I was in pretty desperate need of. This company is trustworthy, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and even has a very sweet sense of humor when assisting a customer. I would recommend them anytime, anywhere to anyone. Excellent service with a "heart" for its customers.
