Mr. Sparky provided fantastic service. Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. He completed the job quickly, cleaned up after he finished, and removed all the packaging debris. I definitely recommend Mr. Sparky for all your electrical work.

Eduardo was my electrician and he was great, we were having issues with an area of our outdoor kitchen and he found the issue and resolved it, went the extra mile to seal stuff with silicon as well. Also punctual and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

I never write reviews but felt that I owed this to Mr Sparky, Brian our Technician and Mark the manager. Brian our technician was friendly, professional and was willing to do what it took to reach our expectation. He evaluated the scope of the job and gave us an in depth estimate. This was not the cheapest of the estimates that I received but felt comfortable with Brian as well as the service I was going to get. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately during the installation of an exterior outlet, some unforeseen stucco damage happened to our home. Brian was very apologetic and got his manager Mark involved. I spoke to Mark on the phone and he promised me that it would be resolved to our expectation. Mark then drove out to our home to evaluate himself and went above and beyond my expectation in resolving the issue. This is something that proved to me that I made the right decision to go with Mr Sparky. They stood behind their word and made a frustrating situation as painless as they could. I would highly recommend Mr Sparky for the simple reason that customer service is important to them, which is very rare these days.
