My job and I have been utilizing the Minuteman Press service in Stamford for the past few months. Each time I have an interaction with Duane, it has ALWAYS been a pleasant one. He is extremely patient with requests and unbelievably fast with his turn-around times. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the final product is aligned with our vision, if not, exceedingly so. We’ve been a very happy customer, and an extremely large part of that has to do directly with the customer service Duane has always displayed.

I had been thinking about a quick-turnaround printing job when I happened to walk past the Minuteman shop on Summer St. I chatted with Duane, who could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I do a large order of elaborate Christmas cards with Minuteman every year. They do very nice quality work at a fair price -- and go the extra mile to accommodate a special request. They also import our mailing list via Excel spreadsheet and address all of the envelopes too! Excellent customer service, as well. I highly recommend them.
