Minuteman Press and Impacted Wraps were recommended to me by the auto broker I purchased my car from. I ended up having the car done and then also getting a second vehicle, that was looking poor after 6 years, completely wrapped. From start to finish, they were great. Communication and professional all the way. I had a couple errors in printing that came up, and they were resolved immediately.

I never leave reviews and have been a loyal customer to this location, so I never thought I'd write this and pull this much of a ~Karen~. However as a small art business, my last experience was extremely disappointing, as my order was botched and forgotten. I never received any proofs or invoices, so I had called and spoken with Tim to check in. I called the day of my deadline, and was told that I might be calling the wrong location, as they couldn’t locate my order. Then I was told it could be ready the following week. Thankfully a different employee, Jay, streamlined this process and got it done in two hours. However, due to this rush and not receiving any proofs, in the end my piece was cropped in half and saturated, and then I was charged more than double of what I had typically paid since I had never received a formal invoice. Tim did not claim any responsibility for these mistakes- forgetting my project and then printing my pieces incorrectly. Initially there was no assistance offered to fix these errors, I was told to take my business elsewhere, ignored, and then only upon contacting corporate was I able to receive a response and eventually a refund. If you’re a small business, designer, or simply need a small job done, apparently follow Tim’s advice and take your business elsewhere.

They just move to their new location so I was confused upon arrival but other than that their service is amazing! I would rate 10 stars if I could. They are fast, efficient, and respectful. They designed new business cards for us and they were ready within 2 days! They worked well amongst our requests and replied super fast. It was my first time ever buying business cards with them and they just out performed our demands. I will definitely be going back and get more card when we ran out and I am currently looking at new items to get from them! Highly recommend to any company! Big or small they are just amazing!!!!

These people are amazing! This job was a post card that my client forgot to send me. I called them and asked for a quick quote. I got the quote in 5 minutes; I sent them the art and got a proof in 5 minutes. My customer immediately approved the proof and I picked up the post cards the next morning. I like them because they understand the need for improbable deadlines and changes them them improbable to DONE!! They are my go-to resource.
