My parents purchased a stair lift back in March of 2018. They ended up in assisted living before taking delivery. No refund on special orders so we consigned it back to Mark to sell it for us. 2 1/2 years later still no sale. So we contacted Mark to take delivery because he wasn't selling it for us. He delayed delivery because he had to reorder one for us. When we took delivery could see on the shipping tag delivery date on boxes were 2020. This company is very dishonest stay clear.
