Mini Maid

I have had a few different crews clean for me, but Dora and her crew (sorry, i forgot their names) have far exceededexpectations. I am unable to do a lot with my current health and I was also sick for awhile so there was extra work. She and her crew not only did that extra cleaning, but went above and beyond and did things they were not required to do. I have requested her and her crew to be my regular crew, but I also hope they can get recognized for their excellent service. Thank you Dora and your crew.

Dirty, slow, cleaning wiper put on my bed. Vacuum Cleaned the floor then clean my chair… this is not first time to hire people doing cleaning.Never like this.

We have had Mini Maid doing our house cleaning every other week for six years. They are reliable and friendly, and consistently arrive on time and finish their work efficiently. When we have had to cancel, we have had no trouble doing so. The schedulers are very friendly and flexible. If we ever find that something hasn't been done well, which is a rarity, we get the message to the office and the team can either come right back or correct things the next visit.

It was a great experience! The house looks great and spotless! We just moved in and wanted a little extra help getting it ready to put our furniture in, and they did a great job. We were planning on doing just a 1 time deep cleaning, but may pursue them every few months to help keep up! The owner was responsive and helped answer our minimal complaint! Update: noticed a few misses areas, during unpacking.

Used mini maids for the first time today- we have family coming in town and needed a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom! Team 3 did a great job and the house looks and smells great. They asked questions if they weren't sure about something, and had me inspect to make sure I was happy. They even had me check the shower because they weren't sure it was clean enough - but I couldn't even see a spot! Great job!
