I was a bit skeptical choosing this centre at first because many reviews were not very good...
BUT I've had only pleasant experiences both times I've been here. The staff at the front/reception didn't speak English - BUT they were quite polite and helpful. The lady who took my samples in the laboratory there was delightful and extra helpful - and she even came up to the counter and asked them to arrange the follow up with the Dr ( I'm sure it was not part of her job but is a pleasant example of doing a little more to help the patients 👍🏻 Really appreciate her ).
Dr Lucia Gonzalez Bravo, who I consulted both times, was very nice, and took time to explain. She didn't rush. Plus she spoke English quite well too, which is a plus and made it much easier for me))
Looking forward to have similarly pleasant experiences in any of the visits - if I have to again.
The medical centre is very well maintained and clean too.

And thanks for the pleasant service
I have an appointment, I call to let them know that the subway is full and I have had to let it pass because we can't fit, but no one answers; I try again, they take it and a few minutes later, when I'm already 2 stops away, they call me to tell me that the podiatrist has to leave, that she's in a hurry, and that they're canceling my appointment. Couldn't wait 5 min? That's how long it was going to take to arrive.
When I'm the one who has to wait, nothing happens, it's "normal", but when it's the other way around, do they cancel it?
I have no words that aren't insulting right now.
Impossible to get an in-person appointment for a dermatology review. In ten days I have gone from not having an open agenda to no longer having an appointment. Not even a month and a half in advance. A shame, because I am happy with the dermatologist.
The review goes especially to YOLANDA, a great professional in clinical analysis, for doing her job with great dedication and patience, she always attends even if you arrive late, it says a lot and well about her. Thank you so much
I have gone several times both for analysis and to several doctors and the truth is that they have always treated me very well, with great kindness and efficiency in the procedures. The downside is that it is usually quite saturated and it is difficult to call on the phone until you get it picked up, but luckily I was able to manage appointments online or by calling Sanitas.
The wait times for the doctors I've been to have been reasonable.
