Milenium Dental Clinic Modesto Lafuente - Madrid

Second time that I had to wait more than 40minutes after my appointment time! Receptionist is very rude!!!!Definitely not a recommendable place!

Stay clear of them! I went for a regular check-up and they wrongly diagnosed me of having two cavities, which I have had for 10+ years, and my dentist in the UK has told me not to worry about them as over time it happens. My "cavities" are not causing me any pain and they have not grown at all in these 10 years, it's a way for them to get as much money out of you as possible. What was also bizarre was they they took an x-ray of my mouth before my check-up, they claimed I had wisdom teeth that were going to grow out the wrong way and told me that I should get them extracted. Not all wisdom teeth fully grow out! Since my check-up a week ago, the dentist has called me about 5 times urging me to get an appointment to get fillings, I initially booked one but then cancelled because I would be paying out of pocket. The following day, they called me again to ask me why I cancelled my appointment! Basically they're trying to force me to spend money on something I don't need. Absolutely terrible! Shame on you!!!!!! Avoid dishonest practices like these at all cost.

I am from the States and I recently moved to Madrid. It was almost a year since I had my last prophylaxis (teeth cleaning). My Spanish is at beginner level and I wanted a dental office that would attain to my needs. I was recommended by Sanitas that they are two dental offices within their network that communicated in English. I called and to my surprise the receptionist didn't speak English but her empathy was amazing. The receptionist stated that only the doctors speak in English but not the staff nor technicians. I was able to secure an appointment the same day after work. Once I arrived, they knew exactly who I was and even greeted me by my name. The office is very contemporary, clean, and has new dental equipments. My wait time in the waiting area was less than 5 minutes. Shortly after, I was approached by a very friendly dental technician whom was also patient in communicating with me in Spanish. She provided a painless and professional cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office for locals and foreigners. I am the type of person that is very keen about hygiene, appearance, and customer service and this dental office is rated in my opinion the BEST in all my years of visiting dental practices in the States, UK, and France. Great job Milenium Dental Centro Modesto Lafuente !!! You have earned a loyal patient :)

A great experience. I hate having my teeth worked on, they were very gentile and understanding. Very clean facility, professional staff, and friendly. I would reccomend and come back again.

Dr Lojo and assistant Kathe are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.
