Very poor attention and lack of professionalism on the part of the center director. I went for a simple cleaning, they broke a filling and when I spoke to the director she did not take care of it and they wanted to charge me for it. Why the exhaustive review protocol? If, according to your employees, everything was perfect, you didn't even need a dental cleaning, is it to make a high budget and increase your billing? They made me attend 3 appointments for a simple cleaning and now I have to pay out of pocket for the repair because they will not guarantee anything. Very unfortunate and very unprofessional, I feel scammed, I will cancel my Sanitas Milenium insurance.
