Midas

I had a fuel smell in the cabin. I asked Midas to found out what is wrong and why it smells. They didn’t call me for two days went to the shop and they told me they searched and even looked with a small camera and could not find a thing . Charged me 80 bucks and sprayed something in the cabin for the smell. I drove off less than 3 miles started having problems. I had to pull over and stop because car would not work all lights came on display and the car would not shift or engine start. Called the manager less than 30 minutes after it happened. It was raining hard that day and he wanted me to bring it in I told him I would tomorrow. He said, “Bring it in and let’s look maybe there is a wire loose or something. Midas called me the next day and said it needed to go to the dealership and that it’s not there problem. He was rude and unprofessional. I towed the car to the dealership in tears!

This morning at 8 am, my husband drove to the Midas in Fayetteville and dropped my car's keys in the drop box to have my oil changed. We were unaware that the Fayetteville location does not open on Saturdays during football season (Go hogs). I frantically did some searching to find someone to get us our keys back, and the Internet provided me with Austin, a Midas employee in Hot Springs. He was so kind and understanding when I contacted him and told him my tale. I don't think he had any obligation to help me, as it wasn't his store, but he went the extra mile for me. He called other stores near me and found someone in Bentonville willing to drive down to me and get me my keys back. I really appreciate him and the effort he put in to help out a complete stranger. Thank you Austin! You are a kind-hearted young man.

My oil is past due!! Leaving for a 12 hr drive tomorrow, Midas worked me in same day even though they are packed this today! I couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend, every-time I come here they do an excellent job!

Wouldn't share any details with me bout my catylitic cause guy said it's illegal to talk about ...how in a town without emissions....n they charged my mom 600 for pads n rotors n didn't even show her the old pads or rotors I feel they took advantage of a woman. Cause I clda done them for bout 300 less in less time...lost my buisness

I was amazed at the car care I received from Austin and his crew. They are VERY polite. Extremely reasonable. Not a real big dent in your pockets. They got my car purring and they took care of the low tire indicator. Thank you for all you done. I shall return for any other work for my car 🚗 IM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!
