These guys are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people out there. They always go above and beyond to take care of me and my family. They are quick and efficient and will always make time for an emergency. While waiting on my service, I witnessed a young man come in with a flashing dash light. It was almost closing and the guys took it in and diagnosed it knowing it would mean staying late. This is service above and beyond! Great job!

More personable and down to Earth than most car shops; usually able to work with you on complex repair jobs for a fraction of the price of replacing an entire thing. Unfortunately, the employee who did a test drive did not clean his hands or use gloves, so my new steering wheel cover and gear lever was covered in dirt and oil. Thankfully it was a simple clean, and the owner still offered to buy me a new cover, which is something I can appreciate.

Went to this local Midas location to get an oil change. Didn’t call to set an appointment first or anything. When I got there, I was greeted immediately, helped quickly, and the work was finished in a blink of an eye! All for a pretty nice price! Snaps up to Gary with the great customer service, and all the fast and efficient workers over there! I will be going back in the future.

Was helped by Gary and Brandon in customer service. They are very nice people. Went in thinking I needed new brakes and possibly other things. They were honest and let me know I just needed a new lug nut that was loose. And got a tire rotation. They spoke with me the whole time and were very nice. I am a happy customer. Really recommend this place.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They got my oil change done in less than an hour, make sure you call ahead of time and they are honest and reliable on the wait times. Great price for the oil change compared to other places in Valparaiso. Highly recommend! 👍🏼
