Midas

I have a Lincoln Town Car that had a really bad air suspension problem. I had called our local dealership and they couldn't do anything until the end of December. I decided to call Midas and told them my problem. They said to just bring it by and they would check it out. I drop it off and they called me back explaining what was wring with the suspension and how much it was going to cost, but they would need to keep it overnight. The next day, they called me and said that what the repair had not worked and it would be best to go with a conversion kit to a coil suspension. So I said ok to that. The car rides really smooth. I see that this location has some bad reviews, and I was a little leery about going there, but since I didn't think it was safe to drive the car with a bad suspension, and the fact that they were able to check it way faster than the dealership could, I decided to go ahead and try them out. These guys did an awesome job by me. They explained what they needed to do, then they explained the best route to go, and they never tried to pressure me into performing any unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Midas. You definitely earned a five-star rating from me today!

Went in the other day because we had a flat tire, we had bought our tires from here. It was 3:24 and they were to be open until 5pm. They said they didn't have time to look at it. So luckily Walmart tire was open and we had to buy a tire from them because of having to ride on the rim. So it might have been able to be fixed. So we will have to give our business elsewhere since we were treated so poorly.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were the only place willing to help us out when we got a flat tire on our tri axle trailer.

They completed some routine maintenance and broke a vacuum fitting off my ecoboost Ford edge charge pipe. They then electrical taped the hole which had pressurized turbocharged air going through it and caused damage to my engine costing me more then a thousand dollars to fix at the dealer. Unbelievable that they would try to hide this and let me leave with a boost leak that eventually killed my engine. Do not trust this shop.

I went there to get a tire patched. They charged me $35 dollars and were done in about 5 minutes. I am a mechanic and I know it is impossible to dismount and patch a tire that fast. I inspected the tire and found that they had just plugged the tire with a emergency tire plug that is intended for a temporary roadside repair and had not removedthe wheel at all. That is a safety Hazzard as those plugs are prone to pop out when temperatures are high.
