Huge thank you to Keith and the team at Midas! We woke up to a dead battery in our Honda Pilot, and Keith got us in, set up with a new battery, and back on the road in just a few hours....a huge gift as we're in from out of town and didn't have an appointment.  Thank you for your excellent and speedy service-- we appreciate you!

I can't speak more highly of the outstanding customer service at Midas. I called during an emergency when my vehicle broke on the Hwy. The manager walked me through issues and even followed up to ensure safety. The expert Midas team quickly fit me in to inspect the issue. Midas's focus on safety and human connection is beyond expectations. We were recommended Midas for their trustworthiness and reasonable prices (phenominal). However it is their attention to detail, patience, and focus on individual experiences that easily earn Five+ Stars. I highly recommend Midas in Rochester, especially for anyone who needs to regain trust in the humanity of car care.

Had to get a repair this week. It has a convenient location and could get me in right away on a Monday. They are always friendly and explain the problem, don't try to upsell on things not related to the reason I came in.

They are very friendly and honest, would not take my vehicles any where else.
