Quick and easy process. I got an oil change, along with a courtesy inspection which brought awareness of my car's hindered battery health. Travis (the store manager) was easy to work with for my appointment scheduling, and was helpful in describing the diagnosis from mechanics. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Fair price. Quick service. Everyone who helped me both on the phone and in the shop were good guys, explained everything well with a good attitude. Shout out to the guys for replacing my oil cap that broke in the oil change process. Was out in just over an hour! Car driving really great now!

One word: Outstanding! One would think you wouldn't give such a great review after your vehicle being service would die. But let me explain. . . In June I had my 98 Ford Ranger serviced at Midas, replacing the Fuel Injectors. I couldn't afford the spark plug and ignition coil service and replacement at the time on top of the injector replacement, but the fuel injectors were in dire need of replacement. After which, I tried my best to service my vehicle by replacing the spark plugs and wiring myself. In the end, it would run, but I would inevitably blow the fuel pressure regulator due to misfires. When having it towed back, Travis tried to replace the part, only to find out (and verified by my own research as well) the part is rare and no replacement part was made. To my surprise, Travis spent 4 hours that day calling various suppliers and junk yards for this part, going out of his way to help me. In the end, my Ford sits in my garage until such a day I can find the part. It was crushing. Yet, a little light at the end of the tunnel. After acquiring a Toyota 4Runner, I came back to have it serviced for a high milage oil change and inspection. Being without a vehicle for nearly two months was devastating. Yet, when coming back to set up the appointment, they treated me fairly, offering me a high milage oil change and service check at an affordable rate. Travis and Chris were kind, professional, and well spoken, even remembering my name. This made the experience all the better. To go above and beyond, even after finding an issue with the vehicle they wouldn't be able to service, Chris went out of his way to call another body mechanic for me. When I set up the appointment, it was easy as they knew who I was ahead of time. The guys at Midas even went further in the inspection, offering the best options to get the longest use out of my vehicle. Outstanding is the least I can say for this quality of service. I'm grateful that they have been honest, fair, and forthright about any vehicles I bring to have serviced. If all goes well with this body repair, I definitely will come back and finish up the various smaller fixes that are needed. It's hard to come across mechanics that do great service, but these guys really showed me an outstanding experience in such a hard time by going above and beyond. Thank you, Travis, Chris, and the fellow mechanics working there. You guys are the best and keep working hard even in trying times!

I’m not a car guy and some of this is my own fault for being ignorant. I came in and told them my brakes were grinding. After a “full brake evaluation” it was recommended to me to change my fronts and nothing was wrong with my rears. I had replaced my front pads and rotors a year and a half ago so I was surprised they were recommending to replace the fronts but I did green light them to do it. After changing my fronts, big surprise it was my rears that had “nothing wrong” with them that were the ones grinding. They cleaned my rears and told me to wait a couple weeks and they would probably even out. If the grinding didn’t go away it would then be 800-900 dollars to do a full replacement of the rears. So basically they hustled me into having them replace the wrong set of brakes and then in a couple weeks when my rears are inevitably still grinding, they think I’m going to come back to get overcharged to have them replace the set of brakes they should of replaced the first go around.
