Would never take my car back here!! They don't know anything besides the basic mechanics. Called to see if they could look at my car that wasn't starting, they told me yes they could look at it that day, never heard from them that day, called the following afternoon to find out all they knew was the transmission was good and they were still testing it and would call back in a hour, never heard from them.. called hours later to find out they just don't know what was wrong with it and they would call me back at close.. never heard from them.. called the next morning morning to find out they still didn't know what was wrong and again i called hours later to find out the car seems fine and could pick it up since they didntknow what was wrong.

Dropped off 12/18. The two associates working Monday and Tuesday handled the garage and phones alone short handed. Found my problem, discussed options 12/19. Found parts overcoming problems with vendors. Finished EOD. Picked up EOD. Misfire and call to report EOD. Associates pick up the phone and send help. Immediately check car, run diagnostics, give me a ride home, and take my car back to the garage. Fix my car and call to let me know. They went the extra mile. Outstanding responsibility and work ethic. I am a loyal customer if I know those two are working at Midas.

I’m shocked by how bad the customer service was and the lack of acknowledgment I got when I brought my car to get an oil changed and possibly brakes. Christie at the front desk, stayed on her cell phone for 5 minutes when I came in and finally decided to help me after she hung up. Then I received a quote for my brakes( not routers) that was so astronomical all I could do was laugh. I only needed brakes but was told it’s $500 an axle 🤯 I’m not even sure how they still have their doors open. I’m sure not for much longer with prices like that. Wouldn’t recommend to even people I don’t like.

I had a wonderful experience with my oil change at Midas in Bentonville! Hailey at the front desk was so friendly and communicative and the guys got my oil changed very quickly! It was also convenient to be able to schedule an appointment, as many places are only first come first serve with 2+ hour wait times. I will definitely be going back to Midas - it’s wonderful to have an auto center you can trust.

Took my car into Midas because my car warranty company contracts with them. They had my car for a day and a half. When I got the car back, the issue was not resolved. I took it back to them again a couple of days later. They test drove it for over an hour and had it in the garage for a while. They finally told me they do not know what the issue is and I need to take it to someone else. Not a big deal. But then today, the light on my dash came on, informing me that I am low on oil. I opened up the hood to check the oil. The first thing I noticed was the engine cover was not on correctly. It was not attached at all, and had been rubbing against the belts, causing the cover to melt. Upon further investigation, the clips that hold the cover on are broken. Midas was the last place to touch my car. I had it in there yesterday. Come on Midas? Really? I mean, if you accidentally broke the clips that hold the engine cover on, just apologize and make it right. Don't try to hide it and just throw the cover back in there and close the hood in hopes that I won't notice. All I can say is never again. I wouldn't take my car there for any reason after this experience. I will advise my friends and family as well.
