After waiting more than an hour, when the dermatologist receives me, she tells me that these lesions are not treated with cryotherapy. About this I would like to emphasize that OF COURSE after consulting with several professionals if this is the treatment. But it involved getting up from the chair and working, which I saw was what she least wanted at that moment. Without forgetting to emphasize to me several times that she did not work with coupons bought on a website. In case I didn't have enough, the receptionist without being able to solve the issue of getting my money back thought she had the power to give me lessons like "cheap is expensive" actual words, I still wonder if she knows what I paid for
the consultation. It has been a long time since I have seen so many people so unprofessional and with such regrettable treatment.

Bad bad dermatologist, 2 minutes of consultation, partial examination without any interest on the part of the professional, standing and without discovering the area well, it has good profitability and there was no queue and no one waiting. It is true that there are doctors who are not so good but there always has to be a little of everything. I feel very comfortable when I go. I try to go calmly and let it flow. Some days I have had to wait longer than I expected, but almost always, the wait is normal.
More lines than social security but paying. A shame . It lacks the flies to be an office in Burkina Faso. I hadn't gone for 11 months. Today after waiting an hour I had to leave without seeing the doctor. The reception staff, at least one of them, Master in rudeness and cockiness. Much worse than social security
Terrible service on the phone, I have been trying to make an appointment by phone for exactly a month, it doesn't matter what time you call, if it is mid-morning they don't answer, if it is at 1:40 p.m. they tell you that they no longer answer because they close at 2:00 p.m. and in the afternoon they don't answer even if you wait for the phone for 30 minutes.
I want an appointment with your private doctors for good references, but given what I have seen, I will go to another private hospital, one that at least answers my phone number...
