My wife needed Hip replacement. I was told about MedServ & stoped in . The next morning I had new chair that I only rented. Saved a lot of work due to wife could be mobile on her own. .

After waisting hours searching on line for a scooter chair I decided to visit this mobility store in Arlington Heights. I worked with Arturo and he was total professional, listen to a client and quickly guided me to a perfect machine for me. He allowed me to test drive anything I wanted and before I even decided to buy offered me to take it home for a weekend. Unbelievable service by Arturo, so I totally recommend this place.

I contacted Arturo about a mobility scooter as mine had just up and died; no parts available. He recommended one which I subsequently bought because it met all of my requirements, and he hadn't even met me yet! He is very professional, highly qualified and an all-around great rep for the company. If I ever need any additional mobility equipment, I will definitely contact him. Thank you Arturo.

We went to demo the Jazzy Go Chair. I called first and Art answered the phone. He was very helpful and gave me the information I needed. I took the drive out to see the chair and was greeted by Art. Upon arrival to Choice Mobility we were immediately able to try out the Jazzy Go chair. Art was great with me as I was very indecisive about which wheelchair to get. He walked us through all of our options and let me take it for several spins even outside to help us make a decision. Art even changed out the joystick multiple times for me so that I could try the chairs out in the way I am most comfortable driving. He showed my husband and I how to assemble and disassemble the go chair and Golden Lite several times. Now let’s talk about cost! ————— Choice mobility does not accept insurance. However, their prices are competitive with the self-pay market. In the current environment of shortages Choice Mobility has a broad variety of chairs and mobility devices that are in stock and able to be purchased. I have searched several stores throughout the Chicagoland area and was unable to find a chair to demo, let alone purchase on the spot. Art was not pushy in anyway and he gave us the space and time to make our own decision. The store was busy but Art handled everything with high quality customer service and professionalism. I trust that we will be back in the future to make another purchase with Art!!! Thank you for making this a great experience.

Derrick was so wonderful to work with yesterday while we got our scooter ordered for my MIL. He was so helpful and was able to bring it to her same day! He truly helped relieved the stress due to the timing of the situation and I am so thankful.
