They do not live up to their promises. Avoid this dealership unless you want to experience significant frustrations.

So far on our first Service Call they have treated us fairly.

The staff were very helpful , but the prices they charge are very high, if it’s not under warranty they are going to charge you 3 or 4 times as much as it should be .When you have work done you pay for the parts and labor up front and once you have paid for everything you go to the back of the line .

Great salespeople but the cars are way overpriced for the quality. Cheaply made and both times I checked them out the plastic fixtures inside are flimsy and even falling apart in the c-30 we looked at.

Never has been buying a new car been easier. The sales agent Fernanda was very friendly always super responsive at all hours and we did everything though WhatsApp. When the car couldn’t be delivered in-time for a trip abroad she offered to pick us up from our home and drop us off at the airport. An incredible gesture which I’ve certainly never experienced before. Would highly recommend Mazda Vallarta for locals buying a car in Puerto Vallarta.
