I had an allergic reaction to something. They rushed me in and took care of everything. I don’t know the staff names. They were so kind, nice, and very helpful. Also very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend. I just realized two of the ladies names that helped me. Anne Kaye-Taylor and Khia Powell there was a third lady. They were all great!!
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful
I always need help with the registration. It is NOT easy to use.
From hearing some of the other patients talking in waiting room, some of them had problems also.
I use kioshs at other facilities and have no problem.
Thanks to your helpful staff, I finally get registered.
I’ve never had a bad experience but when I took my 19month old daughter in Sunday the whole vibe was off. There was no receptionist. You had to check yourself in with a kiosk and when the kiosk was messing up they seemed like it was an inconvenience to help. Also their card reader was down which was a big inconvenience for some people. It took 2 hours total to be seen. That’s difficult on a toddler. You could hear the NP/Dr discussing business about having some kind of work done for her with a patient while the waiting room was full. Then my daughter was misdiagnosed with Covid. Luckily I listened to my gut and took her to her pediatrician on Monday, only to find out she most definitely did not have Covid.
I was not able to fill out a survey like normal at the end of the visit due to it not being set up.
Yall this place is a joke, as is the majority of Selma. People have waited literally ALL DAY just sitting in the waiting area. No one sits at the front desk AT ALL!!!! They use a little kiosk that they aren't able to hear you on so you have to shout your personal information! If you need urgent help I highly recommend absolutely nothing is Selma. Your better off at Jackson hospital in Montgomery!
I took my grandson to see the doctor and it took 45 minutes to check in and we waited 2 hours to see the nurse in charge. The nurse checked is ears and said they were clear, no infection. Got the baby back home and went to his pediatrician and you wouldn't believe what he said, that baby had an ear infection for over a month.
