Maids of Honor

I’ve worked at Maids of Honor for some time now and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever been employed. The working environment is friendly, welcoming, and patient. My training was thorough, in depth, and I was offered several points of contact for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend our services, we do fantastic work and are always willing to go the extra mile! With the closing of a 4400 sq ft home this company was given 4 hours to clean an empty home for the new residents. Half the baseboards, shelves, light fixtures were full of dust, the oven & fridge were wiped down, but the oven door and racks were full of baked on grease from the previous owners. One bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. Etc. The company sent 2 more cleaners to fix the problem after we moved in. One cleaner cleaned 5 bathrooms & vacuumed a portion of the home. The other cleaner wiped down the kitchen counters, mopped the kitchen and tried to clean the kitchen window. They weren’t allowed any extra time so we were left to clean the grease out of the stove (we cleaned the fridge and microwave ourselves prior), dust the remaining light fixtures, vacuum, sweep and mop tile, etc. Before they left I asked how long it would take to finish our home. They said 4.5 hours should be good on a normal day. They had 4 hours and couldn’t swing it. Moving into a new home is exciting! Frantically dusting floor boards prior to movers setting up furniture and getting food particles out of the fridge prior to unloading food was stressful We patiently waited for the company to fix their mistake and was disappointed that we ended up having to clean kitchen appliances, floors and dust from remaining light fixtures after a second team came in. Would not recommend this cleaning service.

Rebecca did a great job! Please send her to me again. The house looked and smelled fantastic. She was very pleasant and professional.

As an ex employee at their O'Reilly's account for 2 years this company is a joke and will cut corners every way they can and the manager is a chatbot gpt2 Literally a switch board. Be careful of this place....

I very seldom write a poor review and I honestly don't like doing so. But I honestly have not a single good thing to say about this place. So I'll just let it go at that. I do not recommend them period though.
