Ignorance of my dog's breed leaves him with a totally inadequate cut and without any aesthetics, despite the recommendations and images that were shown with the style of cut that we wanted for him (they take photos with their phone of these images shown) and always clarifying the breed (Maltese) of my pet. Additionally, they never contacted me to inform them that my pet was ready to pick it up. It was my mistake to have trusted this aesthetic.
