Terrible after-sales service. The car seat is electric and started failing the second week after I bought it. We wanted to send it to the workshop and they don't answer, they leave you waiting with the music playing when you want to do the service and they take a long time to resolve a "small" fault in their words.
Be very careful when they deliver your new vehicle. They will want to do it at night and they will have it covered, when the delivery arrives, they will uncover it and fill it with confetti so that you cannot inspect it. They delivered my new vehicle to me with a bang and they put the plastic films on the windows wrong. To this day they have not given me a response.
