Very bad experience with Customer Service. When I became interested in the vehicle, my sales advisor told me that we would have the unit in a maximum of 1 and a half months. I sold my car and today, 4 months later, it still hasn't arrived. My advisor is not interested in answering my messages, I send him and send messages and he does not answer me or he answers me every 5-6 days. I contacted the Manager and he told me that he was going to follow up on my procedure and I called today and they told me that he no longer works there. My sales advisor made me sign in June and give the advance payment and he was careful to ensure that I did it, once I did it he no longer sent me messages. I have had experience with other agencies and nothing to do with this customer service. TERRIBLE!
