12/19/23 9:30 am. Was outside looking for a pot to plant a plant from my mother in-laws funeral 2 yrs ago. A present for my wife. It was on the top shelves. I hollered for help. The cashier didn't bother to come out of his warm I closed both till I grab the ladder on wheels. Told me I couldn't do that. I asked him to help me then. But no, he had to call someone. When I went to go pay. I asked for a manager. No one was There. I asked for a supervisor. She came and wouldn't look me in the eye and was very condescending to me. You all are just rude to customers anymore
Our purchase of a dishwasher this afternoon was involved due to the cancelation of an incorrect previous unit purchased in error. Salesperson # 4585016 did an excellent job getting everything right in a timely manner. 👏
Disgruntled customer here. Last Thursday bought a dishwasher found out that night it didn’t fit space is 23.75” Friday called and talked to an associate and he suggested a different one not in stock and would have to be ordered I said I would come in next week and return/buy the new one. Came in today and talked to a different associate about the size and that I had the dishwasher to return in the car she said would have to return and order the new one. Went to return it and the associate there was confused that it wouldn’t return then found out about the 48 hour return. I’m hoping that something can happen to fix the situation and that the employees may be educated to inform customers in the future. The signage on the return policy is nonexistent except in the return department. Don’t know what my next reasonable option is but shopping here is not in the cards
My husband and I along with a friend of ours went to Lowes on Saturday March 25th at 10:00 a.m. to get supplies for a fence she is putting up next weekend with her step dad. We came to the store with a list of several supplies and my husband asked if we could get someone to help us out that knew their way around the store. We got set up with a young man named Tony. Tony took his time with us and helped us find everything we needed and even pushed one of our flat bed carts for us. His customer service was superior and even though he was wearing a mask we could see his smile. Thank you Tony for going above and beyond for us and making it a fun experience.
