Home owners and professionals. And yet the aisles and merchandising truly speaks for the brand. Improvement is being kind to say Lowes needs to relearn the art of retailing and servicing the customer. How can a retailer expect to exist and employees expect to be employed when the consumer experiences blighted aisles!
When I come into Lowe’s, I like to be in and out. I needed a copy of a key. I went straight to the machine and it had a sign that read “ find an associate to copy a key” or something of that nature. After I rolled my eyes at the sign, I turned around, and Ms. Rhonda was already on the floor working on a project. I greeted her and asked if someone could help me make a key. She immediately stopped what she was doing (which is unusual for many retailers) and made the key. She patiently waited while I chose a design. I greatly appreciate it Ms. Rhonda, you saved me so much time!
I had a complicated return and Jordan, one of the managers, was able to help me get it resolved. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of and I was able to get my money back. Jordan was also super respectful every time I spoke to him.
In addition to Jordan, all of the employees were responsive when I called and were able to get me to the right person when I needed help. I will definitely be using this Lowe’s again. Best in the city!
It is really hard to find any associates to assist you, and when you do, they tell you that even though the Lowe's website shows there are 15 of a certain item in the store, it isn't always correct. Well, this time it was incorrect. They didn't have any of the item I was looking for.
Update your website so it is reflecting the inventory. I can understand if the number was off by maybe 2, but 15? Come on, you are supposed to be a professional business. No wonder Lowe's stock is dropping like a rock, and less and less people want to work there.
Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. I love that this store is staffed and managed by strong, smart women! I never feel intimidated or condescended to. Jasmine was especially helpful and committed to getting it right for us. Alisha was great too.
