Tamika, you are wonderful! I very much appreciate your levity and turning my frown into a big grin. I’ve always had the best service at this particular Lowe’s. I will drive out of the way to go there because their manager and they’re on duty managers down to everybody is just really really helpful and polite. They do a great job that’s not always easy and they’re so polite and kind, it’s the kind of service You just don’t see very often anymore and I’m grateful for their kind assistance. I don’t do a ton of reviews and wasn’t asked to do this one and I’m voluntarily doing it because the service was so superlative I felt I had to spread the positive word so often we just spread negative information and here’s one that’s really wonderful and positive so whatever you need for your home repair, lawn or DIY project this is the place to go.

I needed a replacement wheel for my wheelbarrow. Xavier was stocking but he stopped what he was doing and walked me half way across the store. They were on the bottom shelf all the way in back but he found the perfect match for me!! Thanks.

Blanca Customer service agent helped me with finding my receipt and previous had 2 other associates who kept putting me on hold and she literally took her time , addressed my concern and even help show me how the lockers worked. Great agent and very patient and hardworking . Thank you Blanca !

This place has gone downhill dramatically. There is NOONE available to assist. Waited for 20 min in the paint department at 5 pm on a Saturday. They have been out of many items, and they are poorly stocked with what they do have.

Lots of selection, on lots of items....except for the outdoor sheds, which was why I was there. The employees were helpful in trying to answer my questions...but just my luck, the one that knew the most was on lunch. Overall a great store.
